Terregaie Winery is headed by Salvatore Lovo and Rita Ferasin, both of whose families have cultivated vineyards in the Veneto for multiple generations. Proximity to both the Alps and Adriatic help moderate temperature and create optimal growing conditions for fruit. ‘Stema’ is a varietal Pinot Noir crafted from 12-20 year old vines rooted in volcanic soils. Fruit is hand-harvested, destemmed, and vinified in steel. Crunchy and bright, this wine is insanely versatile on the table (and delicious when sipped on its own!) Serve slightly chilled.
