Their estate sits atop the region’s famed Rosazzo hill, which is dominated by limestone-rich soils. ‘Serena’ is an exotic and aromatic varietal Sauvignon Blanc that is loaded with flavors of underripe stone fruit, fresh lime juice, and crushed rocks.
