We love the Ochota Barrels story, which began on a surf trip in late 2000 along the west coast of Mexico in a Volkswagen campervan. Taras and Amber Ochota decided to leave life on the road and return home to South Australia to create wine that they call “beautiful and holistic”. This is a vermouth-inspired unique and totally aromatic field blend. Amber snipped large handfuls of botanicals grown around the homestead and co-fermented them with the grapes, leading to a lively, bright, herbaceous wine. We don't control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once the order has been made.
