Organic, own-rooted Sauvignon Blanc from Stolpman Vineyard over in Ballard Canyon, a short 15 miles from the ocean. Winemaker Gina Giugni foot stomps the grapes, which are soaked on skins overnight. Then they get the whole bunch press treatment. Native yeast fermentation, sur-lees aging in neutral oak for eight months. Unfined, unfiltered.
