Chene vineyard is a steep spot to grow Pinot Noir, making for a concentrated and structured wine. Winemaker Gina Giugni fermented this wine 100% whole-cluster and with native yeast. Bottled unfined, unfiltered. Fans love this one with roasted poultry, charcuterie, and herbal dishes.
Giugni says: “Think crushed raspberries, violets, dried rose petals with chalky tannin.”
