(Backstory: Sunier’s mother was a hairdresser in Dijon and Christophe Roumier regularly sat in her chair. Post-graduation, Julien wasn’t sure what he wanted to do for a career. After a life-changing opportunity to work alongside Roumier, his future was forever changed!
