Domaine Hubert Brochard is operated by the fifth and sixth generations of the Brochard family, who farm 61.5 hectares of vines across the Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, and IGP Val de Loire appellations. The family focuses on Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, which thrive in the regin’s silex (flint) and chalky soils. Fruit for their Sancerre is hand-harvested and vinified in steel to preserve freshness and natural acidity.
