Hervé Souhaut founded his domaine in 1993 and farms five hectares of old vines (50-100 years old) in the Rhone Valley. Souhaut produces his wines entirely from whole grape bunches and semi-carbonic maceration, leading to balanced and elegant final wines. ‘La Souteronne’ is a varietal Gamay that oozes with personality, showing flavors of juicy red berries, blackberries, smoke, fresh cut herbs, and wet stones. We don't control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once the order has been made.
