Empire Estate was founded by Thomas Pastuszak just a few years back, with the sole mission of showcasing the diversity of the Finger Lakes. The winery focuses on Riesling, which is sourced from various vineyard sites across the region.The 2017 is vinified bone dry, showing notes of crisp green apple, citrus, soil, and wet stones. Lemon-lime acidity gives way to a lasting finish that is sure to make your palate salivate. We love this wine!
