This partially carbonic red blend is produced at the hands of one of South West France’s most exciting winemakers, Elian Da Ros. (Prior to founding his eponymous estate, Da Ros honed his craft at Zind-Humbrecht in Alsace.) Notes of juicy red fruit, wild berries, white pepper, and potting soil dominate this wine – think Beaujolais meets South West France. ‘Vin Est Une Fete’ says it best: wine is a party, so pop its cork and have a blast!
