The winery’s 73 hectares are dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon (75%) and Merlot (25%), with smatterings of Cabernet Franc planted alongside neighboring Château Latour’s vineyards. Pichon-Longueville Baron’s wines are known for their full-body, muscular palate, and high levels of tannins. ‘Les Griffons’ is the estate’s newest wine and is marked by juicy flavors of blackberry, cherry, oak spice, vanilla, and pencil shavings.
