Cerbaiona is now recognized as one of the top estates in Montalcino, with the term ‘cult wine’ being bandied about. This reputation comes with a pedigree, but since 2015, the new owner Matthew Fioretti has requested that critics not score the estate’s wines. This means you’ll need to try it for yourself, but we’ve done the homework on our end and can assure you that this bottle is a treat.
