Founded in 1796, Paitin winery is one of the oldest estates in all of Barbaresco. All vines are farmed organically with some biodynamic principles implemented, and long macerations/aging times are executed in the cellar. Fruit for ‘Serraboella’ grows in calcareous white clay soils on steep southwest facing hills.
