This wine fermented on its skin and then aged in the barrel — it’s got that elegant style of a classic Pinot Noir. But look up Mimi on the internet, and you’ll see this is no run of the mill wine. She’s a proud voice of responsible, regenerative agriculture and plenty of people in the wine industry look up to her.
